THE ROLE:
In this role, you will champion the financial success of TEAM Services Group's Minnesota operations, overseeing strategic financial planning, accounting, shared services, and seamless acquisition integration will lead FP&A, accounting, shared services and acquisition integration for our Minnesota operations. you'll engage in close collaboration with local leadership teams, reporting directly to TEAM Services Group's Chief Financial Officer. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Previous experience as an accounting / finance leader with 5 years of progressive responsibilities
High EQ leadership skills, including recruiting, developing, and managing talented teams
Strong project management with exceptional organizational skills and a bias for execution
Technologically proficient, committed to continuous process improvement
Clear and efficient communicator ensuring transparent information flow
Adaptable professional thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Collaborative partner, adept at working with local and dispersed colleagues
Curious and pragmatic problem-solver driving innovative solutions
