Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR strategies including employee engagement, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders, offering expert HR guidance to create a high-performing work environment aligned with organizational goals
  • Performance Excellence:
    • Drive our Performance on Point framework, providing coaching to enhance employee performance and foster career growth
  • Talent Attraction and Retention:
    • Partner with hiring managers to build a top-tier workforce that aligns with organizational objectives
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Proactively enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, addressing compliance concerns and supporting disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Employee Relations and Support:
    • Cultivate positive relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues to maintain a thriving work environment

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person 1x per quarter at our corporate office, minimal travel may be required.

The expected California pay range for this position is $96,051-$120,075 - annually.

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience , including experience in a leadership or strategic HR role
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven competency investigating and resolving complicated employee relations issues
  • Ability to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment; comfort working in ambiguity
  • Fluency in California employment law; stays up to date with current trends
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Tech savvy with an understanding of various HR platforms and how they can enhance the business and experience
  • Individually secure with a calm and gracious approach
  • Adopts a 'play to win' mentality and acts boldly and nimbly in a fast-moving environment
