Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market expansion, and service diversification.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, contractors, estimators, and administrative staff, to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability, cost control, and cash flow optimization.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards, and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and protect the company's interests.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
- Safety: Champion a culture of safety excellence, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to protect the health and well-being of employees, clients, and the community.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and champion innovation and technology adoption to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting to senior management on key performance indicators, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the reconstruction industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed client expectations
- In-depth knowledge of reconstruction industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technologies
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Commitment to quality, integrity, and safety
