RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Digital Media teams in day-to-day tasks to continuously manage deliverables using internal documentation and outside platforms
  • Support the Digital Media team on successful campaign activation, quality assurance, and daily management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining keyword targeting lists and ad copy, ensuring compliance and accuracy across media campaigns
  • Assist the team in providing thorough analysis of online marketing channels via third-party reporting tools for optimization opportunities, targeting gaps, vendor disapprovals, and more
  • Support internal and client communication, by handling general requests, tracking action items, and deliverable confirmations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of billable and non-billable time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a similar analytical field is desirable, but not required
  • At least 1 year of marketing, PPC, and/or paid media experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. Graphing, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP & and IF statements)
  • Strong interest in digital media and search marketing
  • Must be a self-starter/self-motivated person
  • Mathematically inclined, with the ability to develop strategic and tactical skills using statistical modeling and time series analysis
  • Strong interest in working with large amounts of data (mining, analyzing, forecasting)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus
  • Google AdWords Certification and Yahoo/Bing Certification are preferred
  • Google Ads certification is desirable but not required
