**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients in a clinical setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Perform IV insertions and other nursing procedures as needed.

- Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.

**This position is mainly evening shift – a nurse that is willing to work evenings with an occasional day shift would be great.**
