22nd Century Technologies, Inc. is Hiring a Custodian/ Janitor Near Phoenix, AZ
- Cleans hard surfaced floors by wet mopping, stripping residue or spotting and buffing.
- Vacuums carpeting in office buildings, lifts spots with cleaning agents.
- Maintains stairwells, including cleaning, sanitizing, polishing handrails and chrome fixtures.
- Removes trash and collects recycling, including picking up trash in the parking lot and around the exterior of the building.
- Uses disinfectants to clean restrooms (Male/Female and Unisex).
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and mirrors and restock disposables (e.g. hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Dusts, polishes woodwork and furniture. Clean walls, doors, windows, wipe window sills and windows. Maintain day-to-day building cleanliness.
- The use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
- The application of cleaning methods and techniques Positioning self to avoid injury when lifting heavy objects.
