- As a Production Assembler IV, you will be using your advanced assembly skills and expertise to build products containing electronics to a defined procedures/instructions.
- You'll be responsible to complete prescribed repetitive tasks at any point in the assembly process in conjunction with a team that will culminate into a finished product on an assembly line.
- You'll be able to assist in troubleshooting issues on the assembly line and perform troubleshooting/repair to product.
- You will be responsible for training other employees in their assembly duties.
- Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.
- Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.
- Frequently requires vision abilities to include close, distance, depth perception, and telling the difference between colors.
- Frequently requires hearing abilities to include discerning different tones and volumes.
- Frequently lifting or carrying up to 35 lbs.
- Occasionally exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)
- Frequently exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.
- Frequently exposed to loud noises.
- Inspect, handle or transport explosives, dangerous or hazardous materials.
- Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles.
- Operate or supervise vehicles, heavy or dangerous equipment or machinery.
- A demonstrated history of leadershipGood communication skills Developed computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent Advanced experience and understanding of manufacturing, production or warehouse environments A higher level degree may substitute for experience.
