Our client, a global financial service and digital payments company, is seeking a Failure Analysis Support Specialist.

This position is an 8-month onsite contract. You must be able to work in Oakland, CA, and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is $51.72, W2 paid holidays through Talent Table. NO C2C.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the coordination of FA requests on inbound, outbound, domestic, and international FA shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
• Perform intake on all returned devices following SOPs.
• Scrub tickets for accuracy and ensure they are ready for handoff to next assignee.
• Own end-to-end inventory database management of all received FA devices and related accessories.
• Create and maintain a clean and orderly working area and storage system to enable fast lookup and handoff.
• Identify, prepare, and support secure scrap destruction of dispositioned units with a cross-functional team.
• Document, improve, and present processes to help create a scalable program.
• Support Hardware Lab inventory and equipment tasks.

• The ability to exert force and/or lift or carry items safely weighing twenty-five (25) to forty (40) pounds occasionally and up to fifteen (15) pounds frequently.
• 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Equivalent work experience.
