The role

We are looking for a service minded Software Developer on z/VSEn operating system core functions. You will work as part of a team with a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and customer value. We have a passion for learning and developing, and it is important that you share this value. 

You will be responsible for designing and coding functionality for enterprise-level core functions that meet business and customer requirements. In this role you will perform code modification, build analysis, test, and handle debugging tasks, as well as provide input related to product futures.

• Basic understanding of operating systems and middleware
•  IBM Z architecture knowledge: usage and development
• Programming skills
• Debugging skills
• Analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks
