2140 Dynapower Company, LLC is Hiring a Remote Project Manager

This Project Manager role will be an integral member of the Dynapower team and will be responsible for managing projects of varying sizes and complexity. This position will be responsible for all aspects of projects for designated accounts, including design, commercial terms and conditions negotiation, budget review, project schedule, asset availability and maintenance tracking, coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing customer relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery. This position will own project accounts and be expected to create, revise, and update internal processes as required, along with oversight in ensuring contract flow-downs. General Responsibilities • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bringing solutions/opportunities • Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs • Report and escalate to management as needed • Assists in performing risk management to minimize project risks Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing project management or project engineering experience Ability to organize and drive multiple projects and associated tasks simultaneously Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines Professional and positive attitude Possess a basic understanding of generally accepted industry business practices Demonstrate leadership skills Smartsheet, SalesForce, MRP, and relevant web applications Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience 3-6 years’ experience in project execution, development, manufacturing, consulting, engineering, or field services #LI-KK2 #LI-Hybrid This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
