Benefits

  • Pay Range: $65k - $70k annually
  • Bonus potential up to $19k annually
  • Sick Pay: 5 days per year
  • Holiday Pay: 6 days per year
  • Vacation Pay: accrued after 6 months of service

Essential Function:

  • Total Guest Satification: customer service experience,
  • Ensures each Restaurant Management Team consistently provides a quality product
  • All activities and decisions are completely focused on and driven by the Guest
  • Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards
  • Ensures all employees are trained motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction
  • Ensures all employees are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction. Provides training, coaching and feedback in any deficient areas.
  • Communicates all customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Management Team member; follows up to ensure they are handled in a timely and effective way.
  • Ensures all General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training and development opportunities.
  • Ensures all Restaurant Management Teams are hiring, training and developing all their employees to maximize performance in the restaurant.
  • Makes tough decisions regarding all performance issues; confronts poor performance. Holds General Manager and GMITs accountable for results
  • Utilizes effective time management, organization, planning, communication, delegation and follow up to achieve results.
  • Takes calculated business risks to achieve specific results.
  • Identifies potential new sites for new restaurants.
  • Appropriately handles all interpersonal contacts in a positive and professional manner (i.e., vendors, regional and corporate personnel).
  • Serves as a role model and sets a positive example for the entire team
  • Monitors procedures to ensure the safety and security of all employees, customers and company assets (building, cash, equipment and supplies).
  • Is of high personal integrity and treats all employees with honesty, respect and dignity.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Must have reliable transportation to work / Driver’s license in good standing
  • Flexibility to work store openings, closing, late nights (24 hours), weekends, and holidays
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance and adhering to the uniform policy
  • Able to use Microsoft office at a basic skill level (outlook, word, excel and power point)
  • Candidate must pass a drug screen and complete a background check and MVR check (Subject to periodic and random drug screening and annual background and MVR check)
  • Available via telephone, cell phone, or other communication devices
  • Demonstrates a desire to advance in management
  • Establishes an environment of trust to ensure honest, open and direct communication and provides a process that works up, down and across the organization.
  • Is performance oriented and driven; clearly communicates performance expectations, measures performance results, recognizes and rewards good performance and is intolerant of poor performance.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business, management, hospitality, or finance
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant management (QSR, full or convenience)
  • Current or previous experience as a Certified Training Manager (CTM)
  • Current or previous experience as a Region Training Manager (RTM)
  • Certified in Foodservice Sanitation (as required by jurisdiction)

  • Ability to walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly
  • Effective communicator with team members, General Managers, and corporate office staff
