Position: Lot/Sales team member

Responsibilities: Sales

• Engage and build relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to identify suitable vehicles from our inventory.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade-in assessments, and necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, consistently reflecting our brand image.

Responsibilities - Lot Attendant:

• Make sure vehicle flow is running smoothly in the dealership
• Move cars as necessary to assist customers and staff, direct the flow of traffic
• Help clean vehicles for delivery
• Make sure all vehicles are retail ready, that they have been inspected, detailed, pictures uploaded to the website, stickered and parked for sale.
• Ensure the lot, showroom, and facilities are clean and presentable for business.
• Ensure supplies are stocked, handle purchasing of supplies and laundering of detail shop towels.

Requirements

• Ability to organize tasks and set your schedule to complete all work required
• Friendly and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• Takes initiative and has a good work ethic
• Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and be physically active in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
