Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others. We are looking for an experience NP or PA with a background in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine and/or Urgent Care for this brand-new dynamic independent practice model position for Essentia Health. Practice Specifics: 2 Full time Advanced Practitioners will comprise the core staff, with MD oversight from orthopedics. Free standing location away from the main campus. 3 exam rooms, a cast room in addition to state-of-the-art Radiology Suite. VERY independent practice model with support from onsite radiology tech and athletic trainer No follow-up care – Initial workup and medical care only, all follow up care done by referral Work shifts will be twelve-hour days Extended hours with evening and weekends. Starting model will be as follows: Monday – Friday 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. We anticipate these times will change as demand drives, but changes will not affect FTE.
