Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a Sr. Technical Product Manager. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering) is preferred. This position will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key technical products that support sales, construction, and operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and user needs, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder demands.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and all other key stakeholders and their teams to ensure successful product delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Clearly articulate product requirements, use cases, and user stories, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure they are understood and implemented effectively.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that products are developed on time and within budget.
• Champion the user experience by collaborating with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products.
• Ensure product quality by defining acceptance criteria and collaborating with QA teams to conduct thorough testing.
• Plan and manage product releases, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful launches.
• Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, and take proactive measures to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and gather feedback to continuously improve the product and address customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
  Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent product management skills, including the ability to manage multiple product portfolios simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
