Job Type: Regular Work Location: Client Support Center - Southlake, TX 76092 Overview: 2020 Companies is now interviewing for a full-time hybrid remote Travel Coordinator! As a Travel Coordinator this position is responsible for the daily organizational and administrative aspects of the Travel group. This role will perform the functions necessary to meet or exceed deadlines that satisfy internal and external customers and business requirements related to travel. Ideal Experience: Advanced administrative skills 2 years relevant experience with small group, large group, corp travel Site and profile admin experience with an online booking tools a plus Booking travel Travel management Systems (concur, etc.) Travel support Event planning Detail oriented Reporting What's in it for you? Competitive rate starting at $28.00 per hour and based on experience Paid weekly Work hybrid schedule both in-person at office in Southlake and remote (after completion of training) Weekly schedule allows for 2 - 3 days in office and 2 - 3 days remote Work-life balance with hybrid work environment Collaborate with a diverse team Paid Time-Off Eligible for medical, dental, vision, etc. benefits Eligible to participate in 401k program with company matching Office offers on-site fitness facility and food pavilion #STPHNP Job Description: Assist internal customers with business-required travel arrangements using online booking tool Secure the most cost-efficient airfare, ground transportation and hotel available for travelers Ensure travelers have all relevant travel information in a timely manner Accurately track/report travel history Verify compliance with corporate travel policies and procedures Responsible for profile management, maintenance and training of the online booking tool Receive incoming calls and determine appropriate resolution; escalate when necessary Compose verbal and/or written correspondence to internal and external customers Perform all other duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Complete all requests in a timely and efficient manner Accurately prioritize/process requests, data entry, etc. Respond to after-hours/emergency calls in a timely manner (when on-call) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred 2 years relevant experience Experience with corporate and group/meeting travel required Excellent prioritization and organizational skills Display good judgment and problem solving ability Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with all levels of the organization Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Site administration and profile administration experience with an online booking tool is a plus Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
