Job Type: Regular Work Location: Walmart 1311 - Columbus, GA 31909 Overview: 2020 Companies is now hiring a Wireless Sales Trainer! Pay: Starting at $60,000 Location: Remote work travel regionally to train in-store Schedule: Weekends required when training in-store The Wireless Sales Trainer is responsible for the facilitation of sales training and needs analysis/measurement of new sales representatives on a variety of sales and compliance-related topics. This role will effectively deliver a comprehensive program for new sales representatives that incorporates a rich curriculum to guarantee sales readiness and competency. The Trainer will design, develop and implement training curricula through the uses of multiple resources including audio, printed material, video, and web-based material. What's in it for You? Weekly pay Salary starting at $60,000 per year based on candidate experience Work remotely, and travel monthly to markets in region Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits Eligible to participate in 401k Paid time off $30 Mobile Reimbursement Apparel and equipment provided Scholarship Opportunities for employees and direct family members Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Employees Special Pricing for multiple clients Job Description: Responsible for the training and development of sales personnel on product knowledge, sales tool usage, sales skills, etc. Effectively develop customized sales training for multiple clients and sales channels as well as new tools/programs to accelerate the learning curve of sales staff Accurately present compliance-related new hire orientation materials and appropriate mentoring program to newly-hired sales team members Effectively support the readiness requirements of the sales team through new product rollout training Conduct pre-training conference calls with class attendees to discuss training expectations and travel guidelines Efficiently manage post-training activities including grading assessments, shipping signed compliance documents to HR, and communicating final training attendance roster to appropriate departments Conduct in-field observations to identify opportunities of improvement or areas of excellence; report findings to Training Manager and Sales Supervisor/Manager as appropriate Perform all other duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Effectively design training materials to enhance the overall learning experience and facilitate adult learning; include: lesson objectives, instructional strategy, delivery media and assessment as well as business purpose, target population, course objectives, course maps, task analysis plan, and assessment plan Promptly provide accurate and complete training class summaries/documentation at the conclusion of each session to close the on-boarding loop Conduct 2-4 hours of in-field observations monthly Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in Education, Business, or related field 2 years outside sales experience 3-5 years of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/ telecommunications Proven track record in employee performance improvement Ability to perform independently with strong decision making skills Strong multi-tasking skills and customer service orientation Creative curriculum design utilizing technology-based tools and processes Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with company’s needs Impeccable oral, verbal and written communications and presentation skills Advanced PowerPoint skills Experience with computer based training tools such as: Captivate, Flash, Knowledge Planet, and other technologies that enhance the training experience Ability to travel extensively What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
