The Content Specialist position for T&C Bonds Content Integration is responsible for integrating and making Fixed Income T&C data exposing available data from the Content Collection team to clients through FQL. Support internal and external users by answering questions and providing assistance. Assist internal teams. The Content Specialist will help spec out engineering requirements, interact with various teams throughout the life cycle of a project, keep internal communications and documentation up to date. The Content Specialist will work with the Fixed Income Content Integration group to integrate data from multiple sources with a focus on a new product supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data. ESG is used by FactSet clients to incorporate sustainable and ethical ratings into their decision making workflow. Job Responsibilities: Work with content collection analysts to answer questions, build project requirements, and support tasks through the build workflow Interact with engineering to explain project specs, integrate data, and expose data to users Create formulas that allow users to query databases Write documentation and alerts to explain how to use the formulas and databases Support internal and external users by answering questions and providing assistance Required Skills: University degree – Math, Science, Finance (B.Sc., B.com computer, BE/B tech etc.) Articulate communicator, with excellent English language skills – both oral and written Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL databases Interest in learning new technologies Fixed Income knowledge Strong analytical, problem solving skills Ability to work independently with strong time management skills Attention to detail Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Quick learner; ability to apply skills and past experiences in new situations Highly Desired: Experience with APIs, Python, GraphQL, Jupyter notebooks, We offer: International working environment in a global company, career growth opportunities, full training, prime office location in Riga, office/remote/hybrid work arrangements, health, accident & critical illness insurance, additional leave days, free lunch, snacks and beverages in the office, employee referral scheme, bonus system, learning courses, on-site and remote company events, fantastic colleagues and more.
