Building Location: Support Services Building Department: 11540 Elder Care Job Description: This position will schedule for Palliative Care and Elder Care Responsible for patient placement functions at designated facilities under the direction of the RN-Patient Placement Coordinator, Administrative Representative, and Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include: Performing patient placement using computer database system; promoting communication between departments as it relates to patient placement and capacity; and communicating with local and regional referral clinics and hospitals. Education Qualifications: Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years administrative support in a hospital or health care setting including experience with computerized record keeping or 2 years coursework in a health or science related field and demonstrated computer aptitude. Licensure/Certification Qualifications: No certification/licensure required.
