Processes documents into the imaging system while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document

management. Identifies and scans documents, conducts quality assurance checks, ensures document

accountability, and monitors daily reports.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Processes documents into imaging system with precision and attention to detail.
• Sorts and identifies various documents and scans them into the imaging system to maintain

organization and accessibility.

• Performs thorough checks on all documents sent through the quality assurance process.
• Monitors daily reports to identify and address any issues and discrepancies

efficiently.

Provides document accountability by accurately tracking and recording document processing

activities.

Supports team members to streamline document processing workflows and improve

efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of imaging experience.
• Working knowledge of imaging and transportation application systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key data entry.
• Computer and customer service skills.

Pay Rate : $16.56 - $18.93 per hour, based on experience
