Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Our company supports the business efforts of 1 Brilliant Gift, LLC, a leading souvenir company for whom a majority of the duties would be directly related to.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with reps and customers
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle all order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accurate pricing and product information
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in preparing sales quotes and proposals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Quickbooks experience a bonus!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
