We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including transferring and lifting
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
Experience:
- Experience in medical documentation and maintaining medical records
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures
- Familiarity with dementia care practices
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Previous experience in nursing homes or similar settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
- Proficiency in medication administration
