Job Overview:
Sat-Sunday 2pm-10pm every other weekend
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
- Engage clients in activities that stimulate their physical and mental well-being
- Maintain accurate medical documentation as required
Skills:
- Experience in memory care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care, caregiving, and dementia care practices
- Ability to cook and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and their families effectively
