We are growing!! Looking for a part-time Personal Banker in the Bay City/Saginaw area.

Overview:
The Personal Banker is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the bank by delivering exceptional customer service, in accordance with 1st State Bank’s Mission Statement. To be successful in this position, the Personal Banker must be able to uncover customer needs using a non- threatening conversational questioning style and be able to develop real solutions tailored to the customer’s individual needs. To be effective they must be knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of both business and personal accounts and services. Personal Bankers must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, prospective customers, and all bank employees. Daily job duties may vary, but consist of the following:
