Duties:

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect products
- Collect and analyze data to identify quality issues
- Conduct quality inspections according to established protocols
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for precise measurements
- Analyze and interpret inspection results
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns
- Uphold quality assurance procedures and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Experience in quality inspection techniques
- Knowledge of HACCP principles for food safety (preferred)
- Ability to conduct quality audits effectively
- Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine operation
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of CGMP regulations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality assurance (QA/QC)
