Position Title: Budget and Contract Analyst

Location - King of Prussia, PA (Onsite)

Job Summary: The Technology Budget and Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing budgetary aspects and overseeing contracts within the technology department. This role involves meticulous control of invoices, effective contract management, and the generation of financial reports. The individual will report into Finance and will collaborate closely with department heads, and vendors, to ensure sound financial planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Budget Management:

  • Develop and maintain annual budgets for the Transformation Areas.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand budgetary requirements.

2. Invoice Control:

  • Review and approve technology-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgets and contracts.
  • Work with vendors, Tansformation areas and finance to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

3. Contract Management:

  • Oversee the lifecycle of technology contracts, from negotiation to renewal.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documents.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance.

4. Renewal/Procurement Processes:

  • Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal or procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with Transformation teams to optimize vendor relationships and terms.

5. Monthly Reporting:

  • Generate and distribute monthly financial reports detailing actual expenditures by department, accounts, and contracts.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

6. Estimation and Accruals:

  • Estimate monthly invoices and accrue expenses accurately.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure precise financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in budget management, contract administration, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of technology projects and expenditures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.25 - $50.50 per hour
