***$1000 SIGN ON BONUS***

This position is eligible for the DSP Incentive Pay Bonus of $1000 after a qualifying month of employment (1st of month, to 1st of month).

We are seeking a companion to assist in helping our client run errands, accompany them to outings, the park, weekend activities, window shopping, the library, church on Sunday, etc. This is a weekend part time position.

Shift: 12 hours on Saturday & Sunday. (EX: 8am-8pm, or 9am-9pm)

**An Oklahoma Driver's License is required as well as reliable transportation, and current auto insurance**

The perfect staff for this client-

• Is a safe space to talk to and vent to
• Knows how to listen and report safety concerns to director
• Has patience
• Knows how to suggest better choices when it comes to safe life choices, and how to make suggestions on healthy dieting instructions from nutritionist.
• Knows how to gently suggest appropriate behavior- (EX: "Lets use inside voices in the car," "I know you enjoy saying hi to everyone, that is so kind of you, why don't we let them work, lets continue our day," "Soda is high in sugar and makes you shaky, water is a better option." "Let's take a breather to ground ourselves, we can do it together")

--This client is high functioning, showers, cleans, does own laundry, prepares meals with little assistance, and takes meds on their own. --

Requirements:
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Auto Insurance
