Job Title: Insurance Agency Sales and Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an insurance agency sales and service representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence, be able to build relationships with customers, and be able to close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and respond to leads
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Learn how to service policies and help team achieve sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

• Insurance customer service 4-40, or sales 2-20 license required
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
