Residential Property Manager
Compensation: Commission % based off of management fees collected.
Employment Type: Full-Time - 1st Choice Property Management is seeking a strong Property Manager with a Real Estate background looking to join a great company. Your days will be spent organizing, engaging in high level communications with team members, landlords and tenants. The goal is to provide high level day to day management for our clients and tenants in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities - The Property Manager (PM) at 1st Choice Property Management is responsible for making great high level impressions with our management clients and residents. New clients will be introduced to the PM by our Business Development Manager, after the onboarding process the manager will maintain communication through deeply rooted processes that 1st Choice Property Management delivers. Over time, the PM will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success and service stories.
-Respond to inbound calls, emails and texts quickly and effectively
-Execute and Enforce agreements between our tenants and landlords.
-Manage maintenance processes
-Manage robust and dynamic management process systems within our firm
-Educate yourself in our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
-Build relationships with our landlords, tenants and nurture them to create high level management services.

Qualifications - Qualified candidates will have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel within our service area
Must have Inactive or Active Real Estate License in Texas.
Pay - Commission based pay. Pay is calculated as a percentage of management fees per month in your portfolio. A small book of properties will be issued to begin at employment. Our firm onboards on average a new property every 2-3 days, so the potential for growth is high level.
