1st Choice is a locally owned operated janitorial and maintenance business. We have been providing our services for 14 years , with clientele ranging from Tallahassee to Orlando Florida. 1st Choice has an opening for a flexible/split shift (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday) Looking for a hard working individual to join our team in the Gainesville area. Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and polish fixtures and furniture
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
