**Overview:**

Join our team as a Health/Physical Education Teacher and inspire students with disabilities to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We are seeking a dedicated individual to educate and motivate students in physical fitness and sports activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement health/physical education lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

- Organize and supervise physical activities, ensuring a safe environment

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support growth

- Promote the importance of physical fitness and overall well-being to students

**Skills:**

Required:

- NJ teaching certification in Health/Physical Education

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of various sports, fitness activities, and health concepts

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles

Preferred:

- CPR and First Aid certification

- Experience integrating technology into physical education lessons

-Experience working with individuals with disablities a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
