Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Duties: - Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Experience in discharge planning and coordinating post-hospital care - Proficiency in CT scans interpretation and analysis - Knowledge of toddler care practices and developmental milestones - Familiarity with coding procedures and documentation requirements - Experience in primary care settings, including well-child visits and immunizations - Ability to provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques - Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques such as physical assessments, laboratory tests, and imaging studies - Experience in critical care settings, including monitoring vital signs, administering IV medications, and managing ventilators - Knowledge of spinal tap procedures and post-procedure care - Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply.
