We are looking for an experienced client coordinator to join our office team in Clinton Twp, MI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate Field Staff with Clients Daily: Facilitate effective communication and
coordination between field staff and clients daily. Ensure that clients’ needs and
preferences are properly conveyed to the field staff, and that any concerns or issues raised
by clients are promptly addressed.
Perform Supervisory Visits: Conduct regular supervisory visits to clients’ homes to
assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with established
protocols. These visits may occur during off- hours as needed to client schedules.
Communicate with Internal Office Team: Collaborate with the internal office team,
including Scheduling, Recruiting, Human Resources, Billing, and Management, to
address client and field staff-related issues effectively and positively. Provide timely
updates and feedback to relevant departments for smooth operation.
Coordinate with Human Resources: Work closely with the Human Resources department
to address employee performance issues. Collaborate on performance improvement
plans, training opportunities, and any necessary disciplinary actions to ensure the highest
quality of care is provided.
Provide Additional Education to Caregivers: Identify areas where additional education or
training is needed for caregivers and coordinate appropriate educational programs or
resources. Enhance the skills and knowledge of field staff to improve the overall quality
of care provided to clients.
Follow-up with Clients, Case Managers, Care Team, and Family Members: Proactively
communicate with clients, case managers, care team members, and family members as
needed to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure open lines of
communication. Utilize the Clear Care system to chart and tag relevant information
appropriately, facilitating effective communication with all staff members.
Assist with Scheduling: Support the Scheduling department as needed, ensuring that
client visits are appropriately scheduled, and any changes or adjustments are
communicated promptly to the field staff.
Payroll Monitoring and Live Dashboard Management: Monitor and manage payroll-
related activities, ensuring accurate recording of field staff hours, tracking overtime, and
addressing any payroll discrepancies. Maintain and update live dashboards to provide
real-time visibility into staffing and client-related metrics.
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm with evenings and weekends as necessary.
