The Ideal candidate has:

• Outside B2B sales experience - ideally 2 years.
• Entrepreneurial background.
• Ability to make 1,000-2,400 in-person cold calls in the first year.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Contractual commitment to partner with us full-time as a W2 employee (no sidelines or concurrent jobs without written permission).

A successful candidate can achieve:

• 1st year income up to $100,000
• 401K, healthcare benefits.
• Classroom & field training, paid online training.
• Ability to recruit and train others as a Sales Manager.
