1st Americare is seeking an RN or LPN to work with our clients in the Jersey City area and Lebanon as a home health nurse.

The schedule for this case will be:

• various schedules
• Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

- Develop and implement individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly

- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely

**Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in a home health setting

- Experience with tube feeding and managing enteral nutrition

-Experience with Trach and Vent care

- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques

- Familiarity with family planning services and counseling

- Experience providing senior care, including geriatric assessment and management

- Competence in performing esthetic laser treatments

- Understanding of workers compensation laws related to healthcare services

- Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures and post-procedure care

- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols

- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
