1st Americare is a Home Health agency located in Sterling VA. We service clients all throughout the Northern Virginia Region and provide Personal Care, Companion Care, and Private Duty Nursing. We are seeking motivated, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team to work either part-time or full-time, temporary or long-term. At 1st Americare we value our employees and always find the right job for our applicants. We have shifts available in Northern Virginia. Caregivers are responsible for assisting their client with daily activities as well as providing companionship.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist Client with their personal care needs in home setting
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and grooming.
- Participate/Engage in activities in clients home and community
- Ensure clients safety and provide ongoing supervision
- Redirect client when needed and provide emotional support
- Schedules (Flexible hours)
- Monday-Friday 11am-11pm
- Saturday & Sunday 9am-9pm
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required
- Ability to drive and have personal vehicle
