What You Will Achieve As part of technical operations, you will be responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to:any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s), while performing all tasks in a safe manner. How You Will Achieve It Maintain proper documentation – batch records, check sheets, logbooks. Perform fill room setup and perform room and equipment sanitation, including work over head. Ensures environmental excursions are kept at an acceptable level. Stay current with training requirements and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), batch records, etc. Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals. Promote a positive team environment. Notifies Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues. Qualifications Must-Have High school diploma or equivalent (GED) A minimum 1 year of prior work experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing and/or industrial type environment Must be able to make minor mechanical machine adjustments. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem-solving mindset. Must be able to gown aseptically and retain certification. Nice-to-Have Pharmaceutical production experience Physical/Mental Requirements Must be able to lift 35-45 lbs. sporadically and 10-20 lbs. frequently; including lifting above shoulders. Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam and liquids. Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area. Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments. Must be able to read and write, as well as, follow written and oral instructions. Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers. Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements Schedule is 6am - 6pm on a rotating schedule.
