Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Scheduler you will provide support for a variety of staffing activities. This includes making service calls to referral sources, processing applications and assigning personnel to clients/patients. If you are bilingual that this plus!

Additional responsibilities:

• Receives and coordinates home care referrals, Therapy Referrals
• Assigns qualified personnel competent to work the case
• Ensures orders are timely and filing is current
• Reports to the administrator

Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or two or more years of experience vs a college degree.
• At least one year of experience in the medical industry
• At least one year of experience in home health care, with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred
• Experience should emphasize problem solving skills in a patient care setting
• Bilingual is plus.
