Staffing Coordinator | Non-Exempt
Summary
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing candidate pipeline which includes, extracting suitable candidates from various recruiting platforms, evaluating candidates against specific department requirements, conducting phone screens using the latest in technology and conducting candidate interviews as a key element of the overall staffing strategy. The Staffing Coordinator will maintain and coordinate activities to include directing applicant traffic and prescreening elements. Tasked with providing stellar internal and external client service, the Staffing Coordinator will uphold and enhance Smart Start’s credible reputation in the alcohol monitoring community.
