We are looking to add an Assistant Manager to our growing team!

Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive outlook, outgoing personality, great conversation skills and who is team-oriented.

Our Assistant Manager will help with all aspects of service in the tasting room as well as ordering, scheduling and staff management. Duties include but are not limited to;

• Ordering food, beverages and supplies.
• Scheduling staff members.
• Staff management: ensuring tasting room service standards are being met, handling call outs, finding coverage, answering questions, etc.
• Serving customers: Greeting customers, teaching customers about our ciders and 19 Acres Cider Co., assisting customers in choosing their tasting flight, pouring drinks, preparing food, running food, ensuring the tasting room stays clean, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Food or beverage industry experience is required.
• Must have a current OLCC license or be willing to obtain one upon employment.
• Must have a current Food Handlers card or be willing to obtain one upon employment.
• Flexible availability, weekends required.

Our tasting room is open Wednesday-Sunday, 12 to 7 PM. Shifts are typically 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM and can vary depending upon private event rentals.
