We are currently seeking an Journeyman or Senior Acquisition Analyst to join our team supporting the IWS 3C-U.S. Navy in Arlington, Virginia. The position is hybrid, with three days per week on-site at Crystal City. What you'll do: Provide Acquisition Programmatic support Responsibilities: * Create and maintain acquisition documents Acquisition plans
* Class Justification & Approvals (CJA), Statement of Works (SOWs)Technical Instructions, and GFE
* Provide procurement support, SPS experience
* Create and maintain purchase requisition (PR) packages, etc
* Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action items
* Support program baseline and scheduling activities, create and maintain deliveries, spend plans and spares deliveries. Develop presentations, meeting minutes, letter and memoranda and tracking action items
* Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required Qualifications: * ACTIVE secret Clearance required
* Journeyman: An associate's degree and (10) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field.
* Senior: an associate's degree and twenty (20) years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
* Critical thinking and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
* Knowledge of NEPS, ability to track allocations, obligations, expenditures * Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients What MBC offers: * Competitive salaries
