1801 Tavern is hiring a food runner/busser hybrid. We are an upscale sports bar with craft cocktails and scratch made food. This is a part time position primarily for busy evenings. Applicants will be working in a fast paced environment, need to be vocal and able to multi task. Friday/Saturday evening availability is a must with other shifts available. We are open to cross training if you are interested in serving or bartending as well. Looking for immediate availability.
The primary goal of a food runner is to identify when food items are placed in the window- what order/table they go to- are there additional items that need served, and running food to the table to serve to guests. Communication with line cook/chef and great customer service is a must.
