Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition – the Talent Acquisition Lead will drive Talent Acquisition strategies for the 1-800-Flowers.com Food Brands across the Central Region. The Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely in partnership with Operations business leaders, HR and EHS business partners, and Seasonal Employment Processors. This position will also play a critical role in developing partnerships within the local community to increase awareness and visibility of open positions, establish talent pipelines, and increase brand awareness.
