Key Responsibilities:

• Work with management team to assist in the the procurement, delivery, and inventory of construction materials.
• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure materials are available and transported when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory levels.
• Monitor material quality and handle returns or exchanges as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform minor help with repairs as needed on construction sites.
• Assist with roofing and siding tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Material Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes, with a focus on roofing and siding.
• Basic repair skills and hands-on experience with minor construction tasks relating to roofing, siding, and gutters.
