Salary Range: $51,000 – $52,000

• General oversite of daily operations of a four classroom (infant & toddler) child care center in Pittsfield.
• Oversees dynamic curriculum development; ensures regulations and licensing compliance; grow, encourage and develop teaching staff.
• Interaction with families and children to ensure that their first school’s experience is a great one!

Bachelor’s degree and EEC Director I (required) & II certification (strongly preferred) with significant teaching, supervisory, team building and leadership experience required.
