Family Networks manages contracted services for the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Advocate for Children and Families Intern will work collaboratively with the DCF and service providers.

Intern candidates will:

• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the DCF as well as with community resources throughout Berkshire County.
• Facilitate the referral process for services to achieve goals and outcomes of services identified in DCF service plans.
• Be responsible for facilitation of Family Team Meeting’s and service Utilization Reviews.
• Manage a caseload of typically 30-60, which includes families, children/youth.
• Ensure the timely management of service referrals, monitor service implementation and ensure coordination with providers and DCF.

Education: Master’s level candidate in MSW, MPH, M.Ed, Clinical or related fields
Requires: Remote work and in person at the DCF offices located in Pittsfield. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
