Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our social media strategy and creating engaging content. You will also be expected to assist on the sales floor with a focus on customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Create content to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Whatnot
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media

- Build relationships with new and returning customers

Qualifications:
- Retail/Social Media experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
