Requirements for job consideration:

· If these words describe YOU, YOU are a great fit for 151 COFFEE: POSITIVE, HAPPY, EMPATHETIC, OUTGOING, FRIENDLY, ENERGETIC, CARING, AND FUN!!!!!

· MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 year leading a successful coffee shop or cafe.

· MUST BE a hands-on in-store operator that leads by example.
