This person will serve as a national level resource to all Arch Insurance Claims and ensures seamless service delivery across all parts of the Claims organization. This role will provides strategic direction for department’s operational functions and shared services. Responsibilities Monitors staff execution of objectives throughout Claims Intake and Operations; including but not limited to meeting our SLA’s Development and enhancement of key performance metrics Collaborates with internal and external customers to develop and implement service strategies that address customer needs. Creates innovative solutions for delivering data and analytics to internal customers regarding Claims Intake and Operations. Review and evaluate policies and procedures, implementing changes where necessary to align with internal and external customer needs and continuous improvement initiatives Subject Matter Expert across all lines of business related to Intake and operations support Has overall accountability as the Claims Customer Experience Owner to develop the roadmap for the Claims customer experience including people, resource and digital solutions. Maintains both a “big picture” perspective and a detailed operational understanding of one’s own area of responsibility.
