About the Job:

The Clinic LPN administers nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting under the supervision of a physician. Clinical experience preferred. Must have experience with electronic medical record (EMR). The Clinic LPN completes thorough patient intake, advising the practitioner of any concerning issues. Executes any provider orders or directives. Additionally, ensures that all referrals to specialists are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be certified as a licensed practical nurse. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse Certificate/diploma
• Current LPN License
• BLS required
