Job Description for the Service Coordinator with 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric:
- Properly dispatch multiple technicians
- Determine the technician skill set
- Scheduling
- Basic data entry
- Daily Performance Reporting
- Exceptional communication with customers, technicians, and management
Experience for the Service Coordinator:
- Previous experience multi-tasking between multiple projects
- Working independently
- Computer experience is a plus
- General understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Internet
Requirements for the Service Coordinator:
- Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple jobs at one time
- Ability to communicate and understand customer concerns
- Continuous communication with technicians and management
- Punctuality
- Prior dispatching preferred
